Welcome to Main Street Med. Care. We are a multi-specialty group practice with offices in three locations: Patchogue, Mineola, and Whitestone, New York. We treat patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Our goal is to provide high quality medical care while taking the time to listen to our patients' needs and concerns. We provide medical care in the following specialties internal medicine, physical medicine, physical therapy and psychological care. The Patchogue office is also the home of a physical therapy facility, laboratory, home-care agency and a state of the art MRI facility. Many of our patients find all of their medical needs can be met at this location. Physical therapy is also available at our Mineola and Whitestone locations. We also have an extensive, high quality, specialty referral base, at our Mineola and Whitestone locations, in order to provide the comprehensive medical care our patients deserve. We have a physician on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for medical emergencies. Should you require a higher level of care our staff has privileges at various hospitals on Long Island. We accept most insurance plans. We treat patients that have workman's compensation and have been injured at work as well as people injured due to car accident and have no-fault insurance.
